Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the Ayurvedic massage/facial or consultation appointment are refundable. A cancellation fee of approximately 5% of the total amount will be deducted from the total amount paid (this fee belongs to Square). Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the Ayurvedic massage/facial or consultation appointment time will not be refundable.

Ayurvedic massage packages are not refundable. No returns or refunds are available for YCN Gift Cards and NathalyBotanicals products purchases.

Individual yoga classes are not refundable. However, a date change can be requested. Contact us to make the request.

VIP Yoga packages give you access to any of our classes. What changes in each package is the number of classes you will have included during the month (4, 8, 12 classes or the unlimited package with access to all schedule classes).

Once you purchase your favorite VIP Yoga package, you have 30 days to use the 4, 8 or 12 classes depending on the package you have chosen. 

Classes are not cumulative, meaning that if you have not used the classes included in your package within the 30-day time period they will automatically be deleted from the system and you will lose them. Once you purchase a VIP Yoga package you have 24 hour to cancel it for a partial refund. After the 24-hour window has passed, no refunds will be available. The VIP Yoga package will automatically charged each month and you are free to change it or cancel it at any time before it auto-renews with no refunds. If your Yoga package auto-renews you have 24 hours to cancel for a partial refund. After the 24-hour window has passed, the refund option will no longer be available. You have the option to modify or cancel your package through the email o text link from Square purchase receipt or you can contact us for support. Yoga retreats are partially refundable if reservation is cancelled before 15 days from the retreat start date, after that window of time has passed, there are no refunds.  Thank you for choosing YCN.
